Jen has been a part of KW for since 2013. As Market Center Administrator, her priority is to ensure that our agents have access to the systems, tools, and models to build a thriving business. She also strives to provide a positive transaction experience at the Market Center level and contributes to Market Center growth by utilizing the Growth Initiative tools and the Four Conversations.

Having substantial experience in residential, farms, and real estate investing, Crystal strives to educate our agents to the fullest while also acting as a resource during the challenges that come with being in real estate. Crystal pride herself on being a native Kentuckian and loves everything that our Bluegrass State has to offer.

Geoffry is originally from McDonough, GA and moved to the Lexington area during the pandemic, with the help of Keller Williams Bluegrass. Geoffry obtained his real estate license in 2021. With a passion for all things technology, he jumped headfirst into the systems that Keller Williams has to offer. His proficiency with Command and technology in general has allowed him to grow his business with intent and automation while being the primary caregiver for his son, Asher. Whether you have a technology issue that you're looking to troubleshoot or want to find out how to fully integrate the systems that Keller Williams offers, Geoffry is a valuable resource.

Beth serves as the Team Leader at Keller Williams Bluegrass. Her role is focused heavily on Agent Relationships, Agent Retention, and Growth. As the previous Director of Sales for a top producing KW team in Orlando, FL, Beth offers great insight and expertise to our leadership team.
