Jen has been a part of KW for since 2013. As Market Center Administrator, her priority is to ensure that our agents have access to the systems, tools, and models to build a thriving business. She also strives to provide a positive transaction experience at the Market Center level and contributes to Market Center growth by utilizing the Growth Initiative tools and the Four Conversations.

Geoffry is originally from McDonough, GA and moved to the Lexington area during the pandemic, with the help of Keller Williams Bluegrass. Geoffry obtained his real estate license in 2021. With a passion for all things technology, he jumped headfirst into the systems that Keller Williams has to offer. His proficiency with Command and technology in general has allowed him to grow his business with intent and automation while being the primary caregiver for his son, Asher. Abbey serves as the Director of Agent Services at Keller Williams Bluegrass. She is the smiling face everyone gets to interact with when entering the office. Abbey helps us with managing our social media, coordinating events, and maintaining our office space and supplies, agent onboarding, and our KSCORE program.

Clay serves as the Productivity Coach at Keller Williams Bluegrass. With past experience as a principal broker and the leader of a successful real estate team, Clay uses his expertise to help agents grow their business and scale. Clay serves as a vital component in assisting brand new agents with transitioning to a career in real estate.
